“Soveraine Queene” an artificially segregated city made up entirely of women.
The universal machine allows them to live without inconvenience, but then a large-scale riot breaks out.
The protagonist, who belongs to the military, goes to quell the riot,
but what she sees there is the sight of soldiers and rioters joining hands and going berserk.
What’s more, the leader of the riot is the head of the military.
Bewildered by the incomprehensible situation, she sets out to suppress the rioters.
