Looking at the monitor on the right, it seems you can send insects.

Made with Live2D. The butt, insects, and cross-sections move in tandem.

You can change the volume of the system sounds and sound effects, hide the sound effect text, turn knee socks on/off, and choose the color (white/black).
▽View Cross Section
We have placed the only machine in the world that can display a cross section of the uterus in real time. You can see the uterus shaking when pistoning.
▽Nomination
You can nominate your favorite character. (Display your favorite image on your PC.)
▽Doodle
You can write obscene words on the buttocks with a permanent marker.

Once you pay the nomination fee, you can change it at any time from the configuration.
▽Intuitive mouse operation
Click on the butt of the insect and drag it up and down to make it swing its hips, pistoning or laying eggs. This is the button named “Manual”.
▽Simple button operation
Worm insertion and graffiti can be done by clicking only. Pressing any button other than manual will play an animation.
▽Possession Money
Starts with 10,000ψ (Suji). Credits will increase as you play.
