■Synopsis
In the year 20XX, Japan’s population has fallen to nearly half of what it was in the early 2000s due to an unstoppable decline in the birthrate, and as a result, the country is facing various crises, such as a labor shortage due to a lack of manpower and the partial collapse of the social security system.
To overcome this crisis, the government enacted the Emergency Law for Measures to Cope with a Society with a Low Birthrate.
The content of the law is to randomly select young girls attending school to participate in a training camp for making babies, and have them safely and reliably impregnate by specialized instructors called sex instructors who have been specially approved by the government and completed rigorous exams and training.
