The Survive series has been released as an NTR game mainly based on a deserted island.
This is the fourth installment.
Unlike the previous deserted island series, the game system and other elements have been strengthened to make it more original.
This is the beginning story of the Survive 4 series and is depicted as a prequel.

A world where more than half of humanity has been sacrificed by a war that broke out in a distant country and an unknown virus that spread at the same time.
People have formed small communities and live here and there.
The four main characters are not related by blood, but they cooperate with each other and live their daily lives.
After a certain incident, the main character, Akito, falls in love with Rio, who is like a sister to him, but…

Boss battles are also played using dice.
