Dev notes

Hello.

this public release was planned for december 1.

But i am publishing it today because 2 problems.

The first one is 0.15.4 had a several bug, that is fixed on 0.16.3.

The second one, is a some people now.

There was inconformity with on of the story events that was added on 0.15.3.

I made changes on that story events, removing the parts that are creating dissatisfaction.

I want to apologise if anyone felt offended or dissapointed with the content of the game.
