The game: Debauchery in Caelia Kingdoms (DiCK)
DiCK is a free adult text-based RPG about a MC that inherits the title of a city, few years after a Great Plague scourged the world and transformed a high number of the population in different kinds of beasts and monsters.
Your character has to travel through a world populated by monster-girls(and boys) to reach the capital city, to make his new title official. Along the way you will be confronted with dilemmas and choices, followers will join you, putting their fate in your hands, and ultimately you will shape your city, and the whole island. We have planned 6 endings, 3 for a pure route, and 3 for a corrupting one. Tewun’s is a place dominated by trainers, so your main resource here will be your Willpower instead of corruption!
New character, Yuen Sha, is a serpent-like fella.
Added art for Yuen Sha.
Four quests in this new zone.
You can reach this new zone by navigating Ku-Liang if you reach the latest quest or your quest log.
Rewrote the previous last quest a bit to fit the transition into the Citadel better.
A few typos were fixed with scenes when not loading italics properly.
With this said, we are quite happy with this step for DiCK, as things are smoother now and we can finally move on to properly work on these old systems that truly need a lot of rework.   • Goblins now have animations for their grapple scene
  • Redtree is roughed in!
  • The main vendors in Redtree are hanging out in town with a chest for their inventories next to them for easy testing purposes
  • Added a player test house (location in the screenshot) with external save location. Dropped items on the overworld but within hedge circle surrounding the house should save and load. This needs a lot of polish and I’ll most likely need to add a visual effect so the player can see the outline of the save area. Probably something similar to Fallou4 how they show the edge of the buildable settlement areas.
  • Fast travel carriages between Redtree and Swamp Town
  • Critters! Sheep, chickens, and pigs will spawn and slide around in some of the fields (they don’t have animations yet though!)
  • Fixed a handful of bugs (and probably created some more) Feel free to drop me a message if you run into any that are particularly annoying!

-Company policies reworked. Some new, some switched around. They also increase the effectiveness with time. So constant changing wont do you any good.
-Adding missing unique perks to special characters and changed some of the old ones.
-Tax rate changes. Tiered based on income. Only PROFIT is taxable so keep it down.
-PR Stunts changed to Investments. They’re now permanent buffs as long as you’re purring in money. Good for lowering the profits for less tax payments with some added benefits.
-Financial PA does NOT lower the tax rate anymore, nor does any of the other special characters apart from Sabine Engels.
-Reputation is now a daily, dynamically calculated number based on many factors. From what girls you have on contract to overall staff happiness. Dashboard -> Overview -> Reputation for more info. More than 20 different factors with different weights(perfectly balanced).
-Staff has more factors to affect daily happiness. Office lvl, rep lvl, training time, rival sabotage, investments, policies, …
-As staff level and time at the company increase they will become both overqualified and bored with the job resulting in daily happiness drop.
-Each category has a finite number of fans based on niche factor.
-Fans gain is slower overall.
-Market share cap is limited by reputation and fans.
-Along with trending tags there are now also unpopular ones.
-Training attributes and skills are not immediate. They’re now gradual increasing over time.
-You can call male staff members to the office even if you’re playing as male. Options will be limited. Just so you can give some $ bonus to quickly increase happiness and increase relationship.
-Carwash and Beauty Center function the same as night/strip club. Assign girls, marketing …
-Difficulty options.
-Tooltips for daily increases of model/staff happiness and model fame. Hover over the progress bars to show.
