  • The Tome of Merging, Volume 2: You can now merge up to 6 minions together, up from 4. There are 5 new merge-beasts to discover. You can find this tome at the Underworld Bazaar.
  • Improved merging UI: See what you’ll get from merging two minions together ahead of time.
  • New formula for merge-beast production. The old one looked at the beasts you were using as ingredients and picked an incrementally higher multiplier than theirs. This was often miserly. The new one looks at the total difficulty level of all the minions that went in and how many beast upgrades they’ve collectively had. Note that previously merged beasts are going to get approximations of what they might’ve gotten in the new formula.
  • Fixed bugs where merging two beasts near the size limit did weird things like offer the beast type they’re already at. Now the size limit is enforced.
  • I’m not ready to publish anything yet, but I’ve been continuing to work on modding documentation. Hopefully next month!

  • Sarah got a new lovey thighjob CG, attached to a very… ethereal sort of scene. If you needed a reminder that she’s a succubus, not a normal girl, this is it.
  • Sarah also got a new trust scene, with a bit of character development, bonding, and hints for the future. Not all of them are good! Her finalizing her decision to invite Celica for the upcoming library research trip is, though.
  • Sarah also got an amusing new conversation, in which you and she discuss Ashley’s viability as the true Demon Queen. Her answer may or may not surprise you.
  • Maya got a chonky new affection scene, which has her being almost suspiciously cute when she has her guard down. It also has doggo ear rubs. This is very important.
  • Ina trust 4 and 6, delving heavily into Sahuagin lore and her feelings about it. Not all are positive, but it’s a good bonding experience.
  • Metatron gets a new trust 18, with a lot of emotions running rampant and a reveal of something that has been bothering her for some time. Robo-angel-wife has been going through a lot, please support her.
  • As always, I’ll take a few days off to recuperate and fix bugs as needed, then get to work on the next update. Not sure exactly how long it will take – I don’t wanna do any more giant 2 month updates, so probably more in the 2-4 week range, depends a bit on how much I want to fit in.

  • Due to the random nature of 8-battles-per-glitch-day’s internal system, the bit rates in Bank/Exchange now use real days to get non-random results.
  • Several dialogues of NPCs have been updated.

  • Several minor visual changes.

Some of the new minor additions (such as the “Battle Again” option) are too new that they may have bugs. If you find any bugs, please let me know.

NOTE:
I’m aware of the save data bug that occurs whenever people use the Save Transfer.
However, after investigating this problem, I failed to find the problem. I’m terribly sorry.
I plan to re-investigate and make a fix for this someday.

Elona+ is an extensive modification being developed by Ano犬 based on the original “Elona” by Noa, released in 2007. Elona+ is not an official continuation of Elona. The original Elona has been on official development hold for years. This game has adult content, but it is not a main point of the game.

[Fixes]

  • Fixed high jump rat not using Jumping Drop because the ID wasn’t set correctly.
  • I forgot to set some precautions that are necessary whenever NPCs summon more of their own type.
    • Rush rats were ignoring the fact that they had already summoned rush rats and kept trying to summon more, causing an infinite loop and making the game freeze.
    • The endless summoning that was ironically game-ending has been fixed.
  • NPCs not in the pet list will now always be able to use shift cores in their inventory as it will ignore date and time.
    • This is because it’s unfair that the opponent in the EX Arena can’t use it when theirs is on cooldown.
  • Added precautions to prevent the crash that occurred when the opponent in the EX Arena used a shift core.
    • NPCs not in the pet list will no longer change their appearance.
    • Their name will change and they will receive the appropriate buffs.
  • Fixed NPCs not receiving the 5 buffs when they use a shift core in their inventory.
  • Added precautions to prevent overflow when calculating additional damage from the “combine ___ spells” equipment attributes.
    • The additional damage from these equipment attributes is now capped so that it can only do as much damage as the original attack.
    • Reduced the equipment attribute strength needed to reach that cap.
  • Fixed having a tatie set for the character on the left side of a tag team causing issues like both taties becoming the same picture or disappearing when selecting certain options.
    • Also, Mind unlock is no longer usable in tag evochat.
  • Fixed “It only works on the Crop” message showing up for crop tiles outside farms.
