Overview:
Regret Island is a non-linear horror RPG hentai game with dating sim and visual novel elements.
It offers multiple routes and different ways to solve problems.
Characters can die permanently or descend into madness.
Players must manage both their own and others’ Lust & Insanity levels.

Plot: A family and their friends embark on an overseas trip, deciding to stop for a day on a seemingly deserted island.
As hidden emotions begin to surface, their pleasant excursion takes a dark turn.
Can you navigate the treacherous waters of human nature and escape the island unscathed?​

– Movement changed from 1 tile to pixel movement:
This gives you much more freedom of movement and precision for actions. But, if you use a mouse to move, then you’ll still move 1 tile at a time without any diagonal movement. We made sure the game defaults to pixel movement when you use the keyboard/joystick.

– Kate’s sprites now have 6 frames instead of 3.
– Kate now moves diagonally in all 8 directions.
– We added walking and idle animations: the running animation will come next week, for now she “walks fast”.
– Kate moves faster: I took inspiration from final fantasy 6. So visiting the farm and other places around the island is more enjoyable.
– The chest in the farm’s toolshed now animates when you open it.
– Glenn’s relationship shows his relationship towards Chris on the board.
– if you exited the manor through the dining room/basement when you completed the hedge maze you’d be stuck in place.
– if you exited the gallery via amulet, you had to choose gallery twice to be able to revisit it.

– Dash night visit – Intro scene 1: you can visit Dash in Leroy’s basement at night to watch the first intro scene.

– a new type of in-battle skill: “Special”: here you can find skills like investigate and steal (for now).
– a new skill: “Investigate” and its animation: you can use this skill in battle to gather information from enemies.
– a new item: “Bestiary” where you can look at enemy’s you investigate.
– enemies now have stealable items separate from their drops.
– a new skill “Steal”: steal a random item/gold from the enemy, separate from its drops.
*Linda will be worse in battle but she’ll have a more powerful version of the steal skill.
– a new item to Leroy’s shop: “Fishing Catalog”: all info about fish you’ve caught, the place you can find them and selling price. (this way you can sell all your fish/synthesize them and still get to keep their info… in the future I’ll put rewards for catching X number of fish. There’ll be a lot, also monster and mutant fish… mermaids, sharks, giant turtles, whales, etc, and h-scenes, of course.
– new items indicator: new items obtained for the first time now have a small star on the upper left indicating it’s a new item until you hover over it.
– basement rats now have stealable loot.
– Added visual rain: when it rains your crops are watered automatically.
– hedge maze has new messages, loot and fog (visibility range changed).
– warning message before the game title: some countries require this for their adult games.
– All Kate sprites now have a running animation. This took a huge chunk of our time… heh. But it’s done, yay.
– Added the dog intro scene 2 (night visit): Grayscales for now, colored next week.
– Replaced Dash (Intro 2) grayscale with colors.
– Added a scene with Amy night visit -> Lustful -> Kiss 1
– Added blowjob scene with the dog
– Added a Blackjack game with Chris during his night visit
– Corrected a bug that would play some events in the rooms twice
