Important hotfix!

  • Keybindings have been added! No more need for 10,000 clicks per playthrough. Use the numbers on the keyboard to navigate the game.
  • The max history state limit has been reduced, which in turn has signifcantly reduced the ‘lag’ or delay between passages in the late-game
  • The game now recognizes the MTF gender change more consistently. People will comment on you being a different gender at various points.
  • Related to the point above, flashbacks will show your original gender
  • The bug where a female-to-futa MC would speak to Scyllia and Naya before meeting them has been fixed
  • The bug where drinking a potion would make you impossible to hit has been fixed
  • The bug where wearing more than 1 item that has a once per battle effect would prevent those effects from occuring has been fixed. So, Bloodknight Armor, Shadow Pants, etc. are all actually good now
  • The bug where ‘the Thief’ title gave you armor that doesn’t actually exist has been fixed
  • Holy Staff has been buffed. Full heal once per battle
  • The Paladin skill ‘Nullify’ costs more mana because it’s pretty busted. Still really good, just more expensive
  • The Soldier skill ‘Heroic Strike’ doesn’t give you quite as much of a stat boost, but it’s still a really effective late game skill for soldiers
  • Zabil the Betrayed is less brutal with his armor gain. He also won’t use that ability that hurts Babar and ups his armor quite as much
  • The Gatekeeper has a bit less agility, meaning his battle won’t be quite as long or difficult.
  • Some text fixes throughout

Overview:
Subarashiki Hibi is a story told in six chapters. The chapters are of varying lengths and structure, but for the most part, they cover the month of July 2012 from a number of different perspectives.

The story begins in chapter #1, ‘Down the Rabbit-Hole” on July 12, 2012. The protagonist; Minakami Yuki; lives a peaceful everyday life with Tsukasa and Kagami; her childhood friends; when one day she meets a mysterious girl, Takashima Zakuro (a girl in another class in Yuki’s school, who seems to have met Yuki before but Yuki does not remember this).

The next day, she learns that Takashima Zakuro has killed herself. Rumours in school are abuzz about predictions of the end of the world in 2012 – one of which is a Web site called the “Web Bot Project”, a network of crawlers designed to harness the ‘collective unconsciousness’ to make predictions.

A boy in Yuki’s class named Mamiya Takuji stands up and makes an apocalyptic prediction, stating that the world will end on the 20th, that Zakuro’s death was the first sign. He speaks of an event he dubs “the Last Sky”, where the world will be destroyed and reborn.

The clock is ticking and more people die as the prophesied date draws closer and closer while Yuki attempts to get to the bottom of the identity of Mamiya Takuji, the Web Bot Project and the Last Sky.

This was achieved by combining the preexisting patch that ports the official English translation to the FVHD edition with my own newly created translation patch for the bonus chapter, Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.

This torrent includes save data that has fully completed the main game (i.e. full chapter select and nearly full CG gallery) that is intended for those who have already played the official English release and simply want to experience the new content. If you would rather start with a completely fresh game, simply do not download (or delete) the files “BGI.gdb” and “BGI.hvl” from the game’s root folder.

I playtested most of the game and fixed everything I saw, but there’s most likely some little things I missed. This was translated using the 2.00 version and not the updated 2.01 version, so there may be some bugs. I didn’t find any but I’ll fix them if they come up.
