Overview:

Themes
This is a female domination game. All the girls are at least mostly dominant. One could maybe be called switch. To give an idea of the kind of content, ballbusting and piss drinking are two of the more common fetishes. Most fetishes are at least technically avoidable by avoiding the girls with that fetish, but there are some more extreme fetishes like scat which give a more explicit warning, at least the first time. If you go down an extreme path, you may not get further warnings.

Gameplay
The game is an open world rpg/dating simulator built in rpgmaker. The game does not contain CGs. The scenes are mostly text. You have the choice of what characters to spend most of your time with. This isn’t the only choice you can make, there are also choices within each character’s storyline. Given that there are 9 characters to choose from, this game contains a monstrous amount of choice and is designed to be replayed multiple times.
There are a set number of days that are divided into morning, afternoon, and night. Different things or characters may be available at different times on different days. Days are spread out event day, free day, event day, etc. On event days, you generally spend time with all the girls. On free days, you can get 2 free time events with the individual girls of your choosing. This is a time to grow closer with that character, but other characters may be included in that event. At night, the girls are usually asleep, but there may be other things to do.
There are naturally going to be multiple endings based on the different magic girls you can court and become the familiar of, but there will be a few non-familiar endings as well. There are also “bad” endings.
There is a fetish system. All the girls have a set number of fetishes. Spending time with them will make some of their fetishes rub off on you slowly corrupting you over time. Having different fetishes can cause alternate or even new events. The current list of fetishes: piss drinking, foot worship, ballbusting, fart fetish, pegging, facesitting, scat, cum eating, orgasm control, spanking, tongue cleaning, and spit.
Collectibles also exist within the open world. They may be discoverable only on certain days or at certain times. There are endings possible based on these collectibles.

Tips
The game is designed to be played many times through. At least once for every girl you’re interested in. Choices matter.
You can see how many free time events you’ve done with a girl in the save screen.
Pg dn button on keyboard can skip text quickly.
You can see what fetishes you and any girls in your party have in the menu.
You can see in the journal of your room what your reputation with the girls is and how many collectibles you’ve found.
You are not intended to get all the collectibles in one playthrough. You can go for all the toilets, all the sneaks, or all the panties, but not everything.

Night Games is designed as a hybrid between an RPG about a friendly arena style battlefucking competition and a dating sim where you build relationships with your opponents. Rather than random enemy encounters, all the opponents are distinct, persistent NPCs, with fleshed out personalities who use the same combat and experience systems as the player.
Combat skills are split between three basic attributes: Power, Cunning, and Seduction. You can build your character around your style of play. Do you want to incapacitate and pin your opponent before finishing her off? Maybe you prefer sneaky tricks and traps to outwit your opponent. Maybe you just want to be a pure sex machine. Later in the game, you have the opportunity to gain advanced attributes, opening up additional skill trees and unlocking new opponents.

The game loop is split into distinct day/night phases:

  • Each night the Player and NPCs roam the campus, engaging in sex fights when they meet. It is possible to set traps and lay ambushes for your opponents to give yourself the edge in combat. You and will gain money and experience for defeating your opponents and stealing their panties. However your opponents will be gaining money and experience for beating you and each other.
  • Each day, you will have some free time to prepare for your match. You can use the time to train or buy items and equipment for use in the match. Alternatively, you can spend some intimate time with your NPC opponents, which will grant access to unique gameplay perks if you build enough affection with them.

Meters:
Stamina: Represents your overall energy and tolerance for pain. Taking pain damage lowers your stamina and if it hits zero, you will be temporarily stunned. While recovering from being stunned, your stamina will refill rapidly. Stamina also slowly recovers over time.

Arousal: Represents your closeness to orgasm. Taking pleasure skills raises your arousal. If it hits maximum, you will climax and lose the fight. Arousal is decreased by pain and empties when orgasming.

Mojo: An abstract representation of your confidence and momentum. Many simple skills raise your mojo and it is used for powerful skills. Mojo decreases rapidly out of combat so you’ll start most fights with it empty.

Primary Attributes – Increasing these will unlock new skills

Power: Used for skills that cause pain and lower opponents’ stamina. Power also makes it easier to break out of holds. A character that focuses on Power will use direct attacks to weaken and immobilize their opponents, pleasuring them to orgasm when they’re helpless.

Seduction: Used for skills that pleasure your opponent and raise their arousal. Pleasure skills often hard to evade or counter. A character that focuses on Seduction will quickly tease and pleasure their opponent to orgasm, sometimes even before they’ve stripped them naked.

Cunning: Used for utility skills and creating traps and potions outside of combat. Cunning also provides bonuses to evading attacks and stripping opponents. A character that focuses on Cunning tries to always have the advantage on their opponent, often even before the fight begins.

Secondary Attributes

Speed: Speed provides bonuses to both accuracy and evasion as well as determining whose skill hits first.

Perception: Perception is both a strength and a weakness. High perception improves the odds of detecting nearby opponents and avoiding traps. It also provides information on your opponent’s current stamina and arousal. However, high Perception makes you more sensitive to many pleasure skills, so you will orgasm faster.

The Night Games

  • Matches start at 10:00pm and end at 1:00am.
  • Participants start in locations scattered around the campus and hunt each other.
  • When two participants meet, a fight begins.
  • The first participant to bring the other to orgasm wins the fight, gets a point, and claims their opponent’s clothes.
  • If both participants orgasm simultaneously, they both get a point and claim each others’ clothes.
  • After a fight, the two participants may not fight each other again until the loser replaces their clothes in one of the resupply areas.
  • When the match ends, each participant is paid for each point they scored, for each pair of underwear they turn in, and a bonus for whoever got the most points.

Daytime

  • Classes take up the morning and early afternoon, but you have seven hours each day to prepare for your next match.
  • Aesop, your information broker, will suggest ways to spend your free time. Most of these suggestions will not be free.
  • Dating: Aesop will sell you information on how to meet your opponents during the day. They may not initially be interested in spending time with you, but they’ll become more attracted to you as you fight them each night.
  • Once the girl is interested in you, you’ll have a few options. Sparring gives you both the chance to increase Power. Playing games gives you both the chance to increase Cunning. Having sex gives you both the chance to increase Seduction. These options will also increase the girl’s affection toward you. When it gets high enough, you may learn some rare skills.

Defeat opponents easily:

1. Kick/Knee the vulva into guacamole
2. Repeat until the enemy is a 0 stamina
3. Strip a part
4. Kick/Knee the vulva into mashed potatoes again: twice
5. Strip a part again
6. Rinse and repeat until naked
7. Mount and Pin
8. Tickle, kiss, fondle and finger and from then on, keep fingerin’

If the opponent breaks free and arousal is over 70%, just keep fingerin’. If not, then start the process all over again.

Stat Priority when levelling up: Power > Seduction > Cunning
Stat Priority during daytime: Perception > Speed > Stamina > Arousal > Mojo

Even worse, unless he wins this perverted game, he’ll never be able to go back to his old life!

Play as Zach as he finds his way through this predatory game, placing his full faith into one friend he’s allowed to invite. Will he be able to win this game without giving up the things that make him a man in the process, or will he lose everything and remain stuck as a woman?​

  • Britney has an expansive new scene where she and Zach has sex. It has multiple branches with different contents depending on bPoints (aka the flags you raise with Britney by doing stuff she likes) and the C.H.E.A.T.S. stats. Essentially, more bPoints = more romance focus with Britney.
  • The phone screen got yet another overhaul. Behind the scenes, it’s a fully modular layeredimage like a sprite where I can change the layout or any of the top elements (time, battery charge, etc.) on the top bar at any time and the screen of anime mobage app icons generated by AI CharacterMaker, but the real star of the show is the gorgeous new phone wallpaper drawn by PSI which debuted as Zach’s phone wallpaper in re:/Dreamer 0.8.2 (and yes, PSI is taking commissions right now, but only SFW ones, which is a shame because if he was taking NSFW commissions Espeon and I would throw money at him in a heartbeat).
  • He was commissioned to do a totally-not-Azur-Lane-Taihou-Enrapture-Companion with Fate/EXTRA Nero’s semi-official GOODSMILE RACING race queen outfit, and holy CRAP did he exceed all expectations. This anime mobage babe who looks strikingly similar to Zoey is posing on what is essentially a red Chevrolet Corvette C8 with a widebody mod, which I am headcanoning as Zach’s preference in muscle cars (a cur nut friend was a bit mad that I didn’t take his recommendation of a 1973 AMC Javelin which he owns, and another tried to recommend a Ferrari Enzo with Lamborghini Countach scissor doors and intakes specifically designed to give every Italian who looked at in a rage-induced stroke).
  • This wallpaper is available as a downscaled image in the Fan Art folder of the game for everyone, but patrons of every level have access to the full-resolution versions. I’m not saying it’ll turn you into an anime girl if you use it as the wallpaper for your phone, but I’m also not not saying that.
  • You’ll notice the phone battery and time change throughout scenes. This was calculated based on conversational English being 120-150 words per minute, the best guesses I could for Zach thinking things, and Ai draining Zach’s phone battery by 1% every 3 minutes when she’s on screen and 1% every 5-6 minutes when she isn’t. Yes, this means that Zach’s battery can drain from a full charge to 0 in as little as 3 hours, but this is by design. I want Zach to have to rely an external battery for mid-day charges which is a very easy way to guarantee Ai is out of commission and not monitoring him, and it also highlights the handicap that Ai has of being tied to his phone and forces her to play nice since Zach is essentially lugging around a pacemaker for her.
  • The in-game phone messaging has been partially overhauled with the top bar info, a new background, and adjusted slider bar colors. There’s also a pink version in the game for when Ai needs to help Zach’s disguise when he’s presenting as Zoey in public (or if she just like fucking with him).
  • Ai’s phone background has been adjusted slightly to work better with the top bar on the phone screen.
  • The Keisuke Day 3 party scene where Zach goes into a corner and plays on his phone has been slightly revamped to take into account Ai changing Zach’s phone theme from blue to pink when he’s in public as Zoey.
  • The Keisuke Day 2 morning scene where Zach uses a portable charger on his phone has been expanded a tiny bit to explain why Zach has such a high-capacity portable charger.
  • There’s now a forced override option for the textbox to be transparent. It’s only used in one place at the moment (the new Britney sex scene). I think this is the best option to show this scene without HCG. That being said, if you all yell at me loud enough, I will remove it because I know it looks kind of odd.
  • Fixed an issue with the changing room selfie breaking the script (I didn’t account for the changed file structure of the new gloom bases).
  • Fixed the issue with the confirmation screen causing lag, especially when quitting the game. Nobody has ever complained about this so it might be an issue only present in the SDK.
  • The developer tools are now disabled on releases. Some lovely folks at F95zone have been trying to prove a point by leaking Sustainer passwords, so blame them. Sometime in the future, I’ll be implementing a secret key combination on releases to access it, but for now it’s locked.
  • The route jump menu now shows what’s new in a release vs what’s existing content that’s been edited.
